The 4th International Conference on Cultural Studies and Applied Linguistics (The 4th ICCSAL) is a thrilling and thought-provoking event. It is an honor to welcome you all join the event. The theme of this year’s forum is “Critical Issues In Languages, Arts, Cultures, And Social Sciences: Space And Identity”. The goal of this conference is to study how culture, language, arts, education, social sciences, and identity interact in our quickly changing global environment. It brings together academics, researchers, and professionals from all over the world. As everyone is aware, our identity depends heavily on our culture and language. They provide us a sense of community and belonging while influencing our ideas, values, and beliefs. Understanding the intricate relationships between language, culture, and place as they relate to identity is crucial in today's globalized world when ideas and individuals may easily traverse international boundaries.
