Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. Pengajuan tersebut belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, juga tidak sebelum konferensi lain untuk dipertimbangkan (atau penjelasan telah diberikan dalam Komentar untuk Direktur).
2. Pengiriman file dalam format file dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, atau WordPerfect.
3. Semua alamat URL dalam teks (misalnya, http://pkp.sfu.ca ) diaktifkan dan siap untuk diklik.
4. Teksnya satu spasi; menggunakan font 12 poin; menggunakan huruf miring, bukan garis bawah (kecuali dengan alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel ditempatkan di dalam teks pada titik-titik yang sesuai, bukan di bagian akhir.
5. Teks mematuhi persyaratan gaya dan bibliografi yang diuraikan dalam Pedoman Penulis , yang ditemukan di Tentang Konferensi.
6. Jika mengirimkan ke jalur peer-review conference, nama penulis dihapus dari pengiriman, dengan "Penulis" dan tahun digunakan dalam bibliografi dan catatan kaki, bukan nama penulis, judul makalah, dll.
7. Jika mengirimkan ke cermin sejawat, semua dokumen Microsoft Office (termasuk File Tambahan) telah disimpan dengan membuka File dan memilih Simpan Sebagai; mengklik Alat (atau Opsi di Mac); mengklik Keamanan; memilih "Hapus informasi pribadi dari properti file saat disimpan"; mengklik Simpan.
