The organizing Committee of the 8th International Conference on Education Innovation (ICEI) 2024 is an interdisciplinary platform for teachers, researchers, practitioners, and academicians to present and discuss the latest research findings, concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of education. The conference will provide unlimited opportunities to interact with prominent key persons in the field and greatly expand your global network of scholars and professionals. The paper submitted should have never been published or submitted for publication anywhere else. After the selection process has finished, the papers accepted by the committee will be given a chance to be presented and will be published in the proceeding. The papers and presentation materials should be written in English.
International Conference on Education (ICEI) promotes and facilitates new multifaceted approaches to one of the core issues of our time, namely Elevating Education and teaching systems to empower the excellent civilization. Awareness of how It cuts across the world education, and its subsequent impact on societies, institutions and individuals, is a driving force in educational policies and practices across the globe. The conference presents those taking part with three unique dimensions of experience, encouraging interdisciplinary discussion, facilitating heightened intercultural awareness and promoting international exchange. In short, ICEI’s conferences on education are about the change, transformation and social justice in the digital era.
Education not only improves and individual’s personality, but it also brings changes in the society and helps it become a civilized society. Education is the most important thing to acquire by everyone. Education also allows people to know their rights, confidently stand out among others, and achieve their goals. It also educates them to connect to their norms and become grounded civilians. ICEI has several annual conferences on education, exploring common themes in different ways to develop a shared research agenda that develops an interdisciplinary discussion, heightens intercultural awareness and promotes international exchange.

In many educational settings and contexts throughout the world, there remains an assumption that teachers are the holders of knowledge which is to be conveyed to students, and that this happens in neutral, impartial and objective ways. However, learning is about making meaning, and learners can experience the same teaching in very different ways. Students (as well as teachers) are part of complex social, cultural, political, ideological and personal circumstances, and current experiences of learning will depend in part on previous ones, as well as on age, gender, social class, culture, ethnicity, varying abilities and more. ICEI has several annual conferences on education, exploring common themes in different ways to develop a shared research agenda that develops interdisciplinary discussion, heightens intercultural awareness and promotes international exchange.

Overview
The 4th International Conference on Education Innovation (ICEI) 2020 is organized by Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia. The conference will be held on 5th September, 2020 in Surabaya, Indonesia. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the 4th ICEI will be conducted online (Virtual Conference), because our keynote speakers and participants’ safety is our priority.
This international conference aims to bridge the researchers, education experts, practitioners, teachers, and students in a scientific forum through sharing ideas and issues about theoretical and practical knowledge in special need education, educational technology, educational management, guidance and counseling, early-childhood education, elementary education, non-formal education, educational psychology. Current issues in our education is all education system should go online due to the pandemic. Teacher and students meet through online classroom system. The idea of society 5.0 suggests human touch in technology use. These influence researchers to do some research and a need to transform a research platform in this situation. Therefore, the theme of the conference is “Empowering Society 5.0 through Transformation in Research|Education”.

Call for Paper
The author is asked to submit an full paper the Committee on June 20, 2020. The abstract must contain the following sections: introduction, research objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and keywords. Abstraction cannot be more than 200 words.
[IMPORTANT] To send an abstract, the author must register first (click here). Then they can send the abstract by going to this site (menu “Submission System” then “Enter”). The sent abstract will be selected for presentation. Manuscripts (full papers) must be submitted only after the abstract is accepted.
