In recent years, digital citizenship has become a very interesting topic to study, especially those who are engaged in the field of Citizenship Education. For teachers, digital access is in the form of connectivity and interaction with a wider range of learners; affect the rate of exchange of information that is able to cross the boundaries of place, time, and age. For civic education teachers digitizing learning will increase the effectiveness, processes and learning outcomes. The rapid development of digital learning encourages education staff, including teachers and other human resources, to be ready to face change and ready to change. Teachers need to obtain information so that they are able to appreciate life more and contribute to life, especially for the world of education and the progress of the nation. The focus of this research is the understanding of Citizenship Education teachers about digital access and digital literature.
